This is a great idea for a seminar and I “moved up” almost a year ago when my fiance sold her house (and took a loss) and bought a home with a lot more upside on a lake that we’ll enjoy for years to come (and just refi’d at 4.75%). Good luck with the seminar because it’s a great message to be sharing.
