What Buyer’s Want To Know.

Twin Cities Home Seller’s beware….what you think is lovely and important about your home may not be important to potential home buyers and could potentially turn them away. Ask your agent what to focus on and what to highlight about your home. For example – a dissertation about your sprinkler system and the computer interfacing it takes to run the system may not be as important as letting the buyer know that the entire home has fresh paint, a new roof and updated furnace.
